TERMS OF SERVICE
PAYMENTS
* Weekends bookings incur an additional $50 fee unless advised otherwise by Jess.
* Should you need to change your date for any reason please let me know. Please note any sessions rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours will forfeit your $150 booking fee.
* The balance of your package will be due on the day of your session, may I ask that it is transferred before hand or in cash on the day.
STUDIO ADDRESS
My home studio is located at Windrush Circuit St Clair NSW 2759.
LATE POLICY
* We ask that you arrive on time to your booking and in the event that you are running late that you send a message to advise so.
* Your session time will commence at the time you were booked in. Arriving on time will ensure you can make use of the entire allocated session time.
* If you are expected to run more than 30 minutes behind, Jess may decide to forfeit your booking if the booking allocation time was 1 hour or less. This will also forfeit your $150 booking fee.
NEWBORN BOOKINGS
All newborn sessions will commence at 10am on your selected date.
CANCELLATIONS
* Should you need to change your date for any reason please let me know. Please note any sessions rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours will forfeit your $150 booking fee. Should you cancel with more then 48-hours notice we can send your a gift voucher to the value of $150.00
BOOKING FEE
* $150 Non-Refundable booking fee is require to secure any booking.
REFUNDS
* In the event you cancel a session a booking fee is strictly non-refundable
* Booking fee's can be transferred to another date provided you have given more than 48 hours notice of rescheduling
* If you have provided more than 48 hours notice of cancellation you may opt for the booking-fee to be transferred to a gift voucher
